![]() ![]() During my visit, I discovered a multitude of reasons to fall in love with this place. The Getty Museum is an absolute gem, and is an experience that combines stunning views, serene surroundings, captivating art, and remarkable architecture. It was the Pacific shoreline, fun, joy, and loving art and living art in every way possible. There were several games to play, vending machines for drinks and food, vendors along the other end of the pier selling churros, art, handmade items, musicians playing music, people dancing, laughing, talking, and a beautiful array of people from all over the world participating. I appreciate the process and for the safety of my daughter and my husband. I watched the process of each ride controller, and I was impressed to see that it was clear, they were present, and focused. The seat belts were clean and new, and nothing we rode had frazzled or frayed threads. We are grateful that was checked because many rides would have been unsafe for her had she been shorter and younger. My daughter really enjoyed her visit, and though she didn't meet the height requirements for all the rides, she loved the ones she could. The people at the ticket booth and taking care of all the rides were kind, helpful, and energetic. and this is one of the places we wanted to take our daughter. What a great experience for people of all ages to experience! We've come from across the U.S. so plan to get your spot on the pier to record an amazing California sunset. everyone is here to enjoy themselves and eventually wait for the beautiful sunset. Overall people are very friendly and patient. Also, the cost of trinkets and souvenirs is not that high since there is a lot of competition. The pier is just lots of fun and easily top destination when visiting Southern California.
